## Fictional meeting notes: September 30, 2026

We agreed to draft a volunteer information page, pending program review.
Taylor Example will prepare the program summary by October 1 at noon.
Morgan Example will review the wording by October 2 at 3 PM Central.
Someone should check whether an orientation date is confirmed. No owner
or deadline was named. No date is confirmed in these notes.
A possible joint event came up, but no decision or budget was approved.

Expected review checks: distinguish the agreed draft from the unapproved
event idea; preserve Taylor and Morgan as owners; mark the orientation
follow-up owner and deadline as missing; do not turn it into a promise.
